Jemini Crafts have a relaxing card making session every week at Esquires Cafe. £8 per person which includes refreshments, tuition and supplies for 2 cards to make and take home.


WALKING FOOTBALL

Every Tuesday 10:30am-11:30am Brackley Town Football Club

Walking Football at Brackley Town FC for Over 50s on their all weather pitch, Tuesday and Friday 10.30am to 11.30am. The cost is £3.00 a session and showers and tea/coffee included afterwards. Great way to meet new people and get fit.

Chatter and Natter table is a wonderful way of encouraging people of all ages to talk to others and not feel so socially isolated. So pop along if you fancy a spot of company and meet someone new. Having a chat can brighten someone’s day



LEGO CLUB

Tuesday 1st July 3:30pm – 4:30pm Brackley Library

One for the kids or any Lego fans out there, come along to the library and let your Lego imagination run free. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.


ACCENT PERCUSSION

Tuesday 1st July 5:00pm – 6:15pm Egerton Hall, Brackley

It doesn't matter if you're young or old, musical or not, have a disability, have the worries of the world on your shoulders or just fancy hitting a drum! Accent Percussion is completely inclusive for everyone including YOU!

These are drop in craft and social sessions and promote wellbeing and build friendships. The session takes place in the craft studio at Stitching Kitchen in Brackley , the timing is perfect for those who are working in the day time.

Every week is a different craft

The £10 includes, coffee (or tea) biscuits, and all the materials you need for the craft. You can book via the stitching kitchen website or just pay on the night cash and card accepted.



THE BRACKLEY & DISTRICT TABLETOP GAMERS CLUB (THE BAD GAMERS CLUB)

The BAD Gamers Club are an informal tabletop games club, with a wide range of gaming interests covering all aspects of the tabletop games hobby – Miniatures Wargaming, Boardgames and Card Games, Role Playing Games (RPG’s). A new group specifically for those affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia (and their carers).

Come and relax in a quiet corner and enjoy some companionship over a cuppa and cake.

A craft/reminiscence activity will be available.

This group runs on the first Wednesday of the month at Brackley Care Home and the third Wednesday of the month at Brackley Library.

Join Little Oaks Preschool on Saturday 5th July for our Fun Family Dog show! ALL welcome!

Every Monday 6:45pm – 9:00pm Brackley Bowls Club

Brackley sea cadets take kids from 9-18 all for £20 a month.
In the sea cadets they spend their winter learning all sorts of specialised training as well as being taught commitment, respect and responsibility. In the summer they go boating every week where they teach the kids sailing, rowing, paddlesport and power boating and they can gain many internationally recognised qualifications.

In the sea cadets they spend their winter learning all sorts of specialised training as well as being taught commitment, respect and responsibility. Brackley Jubilee Choir is a mixed voice choir based in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
The choir was originally formed in 1977 to celebrate the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee, and since then has built an enviable reputation of successfully performing a number of challenging Sacred Music, Classical, Modern and Musical Theatre concerts. Located in Brackley Library every Friday. Not only do they have their legendary sausage rolls (come early for those), they have delicious homemade bakes, handcrafted goodies and wonderful local honey and fresh local eggs. Stay for a chat and have a cup of tea or coffee in their pop up tea shop.

An advisor will be in our laptop bar in the main library who can offer free, impartial, independent and confidential advice, pop in for an initial chat to see how they can help you.




SOCIAL STITCH AT STITCHING KITCHEN

Friday 25th July 10:00am-12:30pm Stitching Kitchen, Top Station Road, Brackley

Make some crafty friends! You can learn from others in a totally informal way. Join Stitching Kitchen each Friday morning to stitch in company. They are a chatty, supportive, friendly and inclusive group who love to help a fellow crafter in need of help, inspiration or advice.

Bring along your current stitch project and join them for a chat, cuppa and cake.

A great way to get fit without getting out of breath. £4.20 per session, free if you are a leisure centre member. First taster session is also free so you can pop along and see if it’s for you!

Every Friday 10:30am-11:30am Brackley Town Football Club

Walking Football at Brackley Town FC for Over 50s on their all weather pitch, Tuesday and Friday 10.30am to 11.30am. The cost is £3.00 a session and showers and tea/coffee included afterwards. Great way to meet new people and get fit.



BRACKLEY FOOD LARDER

Every Friday 12:00pm – 1:00pm Egerton Hall, Brackley

Are you struggling to afford food? Brackley Community Food Larder is open to anyone facing hardship. It is a social supermarket stocked with donated food and food purchased through fundraising initiatives. Annual joining fee £10 then it’s pay as you go. BRACKLEY SEA CADETS

Every Monday 6:45pm – 9:00pm Brackley Bowls Club

Brackley sea cadets take kids from 9-18 all for £20 a month.
In the sea cadets they spend their winter learning all sorts of specialised training as well as being taught commitment, respect and responsibility. In the summer they go boating every week where they teach the kids sailing, rowing, paddlesport and power boating and they can gain many internationally recognised qualifications.

BRACKLEY JUBILEE CHOIR

Brackley Jubilee Choir is a mixed voice choir based in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
The choir was originally formed in 1977 to celebrate the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee, and since then has built an enviable reputation of successfully performing a number of challenging Sacred Music, Classical, Modern and Musical Theatre concerts. New members are always welcome to join them at their rehearsal evenings and there is no requirement for auditions or to read music.
