MENTAL HEALTH FRIENDS DROP IN SESSION
Every Thursday (during term time) from1:00pm Brackley Leisure Centre
Mental Health Friends welcome you to join them at at their drop in session.
These are very informal friendly meets and a place to have a coffee with others with lived experience of mental health.
There is no pressure to join in with anything or to speak.
Claire Readman is more than happy to meet you in the car park, reception or you are able to enter via the recreation centre field. Only a few years ago she couldn't enter a room with people, rarely left the house and she hit rock bottom, so she will do whatever she can to help you and make you more comfortable.
No question is a silly question, please ask if you would like to know anything at all.

Brackley Jubilee Choir is a mixed voice choir
based in Brackley, Northamptonshire.
The choir was originally
formed in 1977 to celebrate the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver
Jubilee, and since then has built an enviable reputation of
successfully performing a number of challenging Sacred Music,
Classical, Modern and Musical Theatre concerts. New members are
always welcome to join them at their rehearsal evenings and there is
no requirement for auditions or to read music.
