Bite Club and Lone Wolf Comedy are excited to present an evening of Comedy.
It’ll be a 2-hour laugh fest performed by some of the top comedians on the circuit.
Come hungry, as the guys from Milandy Pizza will be on hand serving up something delicious , and there will be an on-site bar from our friends at Silverstone Brewery providing the drinks .

FRONT ROW FESTIVAL

Saturday 24th June from 11:00 Fritwell

Front Row Festival is based in Fritwell, which is 6 miles from Brackley on the Bicester to Banbury Road. 

The event is a one day family friendly music festival with music from the local area and around the UK. The festival also provides a day of free children's entertainment that includes a circus skills workshop, craft tent and climbing wall.

The festival is run by a team of volunteers and the day is organised to raise funds for local charities. This year our nominated charities are The Hummingbird Cancer Centre, Autism Family Support Oxfordshire and Orinoco Scrapstore.

Through our links with the local area we will have 3Bs Radio joining us on the day and during the afternoon they will be providing a live broadcast from the festival.

As well as the fantastic music and children's entertainment there are also a variety of food stands and a well stocked bar.

Gates open at 11am with the music starting at midday. The event runs until 11.30 pm and camping is available on site.

PARALYMPIAN TALK - NATIONAL PARALYMPIC HERITAGE TRUST ART PROJECT

Monday 3rd July from 7:00pm Stitching Kitchen, Top Station Road, Brackley

Talk from a Paralympian as part of collaborative art project with the National Paralympic Heritage Trust and Stitching Kitchens community

Come to hear the experience of life as a paralympian - a talk as part of the upcoming collaborative art project with the National Paralympic heritage trust and Stitching Kitchen. Everyone welcome to come along to the talk.
We will be joined by Helene Raynsford. 2008 Gold medallist rower.
An introduction meeting for anyone who is interested to find out more about the work of the National Paralympic Heritage Trust and the upcoming collaborative art project.
This will be a community art project with the theme of costume design, opening and closing ceremonies. With a focus on use of textiles - flags and colours. We will be working with a paralympic artist [Kristina Veasey] on a piece of textile art, this is to take place on Saturday 3rd June
You are welcome to attend if you have an interest in either paralypmic hertitage, volunteering with NPHT or the textile art project.

BRACKLEY HISTORY SOCIETY TALK – THAT’S UNUSUAL-UNUSUAL BUILDINGS, QUIRKS AND ECCENTRICITIES THROUGHOUT NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Brackley History Society meet the first Wednesday of every month in the Methodist Church Brackley. Meetings start at 7.30 with any information (lasts usually 5 minutes) and then it is over to the speaker. Their talks usually last between 30 mins and 45 mins after which questions can be asked, then there are refreshments. Membership for the year is £15 February 2023 to February 2024. Depending what time in the year you join membership may be reduced or you can pay £3.00 each time you come.
