Every Thursday from 8:00pm. The Chequered Flag, Brackley.

He’s back after his break. Hosted by Andy Bannard, join in and have a laugh with The Chequered Flag’s Community quiz night raising money for good causes. £2 per person. It’s the easiest way to raise money for your local group or organisation! If you are interested in having your own quiz night at the pub, please get in touch with them.

Back in Brackley Library with a full market! Not only will they have the normal Bakes, Handcrafted Goodies and Home Grown but they have a wonderful new supplier of local Honey.

Starting this Friday, running every Friday for 13- 15 year olds. Come along and meet friends, play games, listen to music and hang out. They advise booking, as they have limited capacity.

Thursday 19th August 2:00pm-5:00pm Brackley Cricket Club

Come along to the Seasons Art Class, Art Exhibition where they will be celebrating the work of their first Season in Brackley. Their talented artists, ranging from beginners to improvers, have been having a wonderful time making their pieces, and they hope that you will have just as lovely a time admiring them!

Brackley Town Football Club, are hosting The Laughing Saint Comedy Club at the Venue, this will be the first of a monthly event featuring well-known and up-and-coming comedians on the circuit.

The first one on Thursday 19th August features Comedy Store regular Alistair Barrie, Karen Bayley, David Ward and Paul Revil.

We’ve been in contact with STITCHING KITCHEN and they still have some spaces available for their brilliant WORKSHOPS.

Organised by the Community Action Trust Group (C.A.T.)

Walk through the gate at the Towcester Rugby Club and come and spend a lovely afternoon and evening with great music by Ron DMC with loved ones, family and friends .

A huge variety of food and craft stalls will ensure everyone is catered for.


BANDJAM Sunday 29th August 1:00pm-10:00pm, Buckingham Town Centre

The ever-popular Bandjam is back! This year Bandjam will take place on Sunday 29th August from 1PM until 10PM. Come and enjoy lots of amazing live music from Buckingham Town Centre, in the 'Bullring' which is located opposite Jardines Pharmacy.


Monday 30th August 2:00pm-10:00pm, Helmdon

Rescheduled from July...The Festival will kick off at 2pm on July 3rd across three venues: The Reading Room which will play host to a series of “how to” demonstrations; cream teas and various stalls, The School Playing Field will have more stalls; fun activities for kids and adults alike and The Fat Landlord will have a range of street foods available together with live afternoon music. Further musical entertainment is planned for Saturday evening with a kids disco and music and dancing in The Reading Room – more details to follow. Don’t forget to visit their website to sign up for the free cash draw which will also take place on Festival day.
